Didn’t work out on the Greer Rd. property. Seller is in bad shape too and needs the money.
If you can filter out the for sale only properties and just give me the homes for lease, or lease sale with at least three years prior to closing that would be great, but if not, you might as well take me off your mailing list, as those are the only properties I could get into at this point.
